Torque Release Technique

Torque Release Technique (TRT) was created out of chiropractic research and utilizes a multi-factorial approach. TRT adjustments are delivered when the spine is in a perfectly relaxed and neutral position. An instrument, called the Integrator, is used to administer gentle, accurate, and safe chiropractic adjustments. The main objective in the Torque Release Technique is to identify primary areas of neurological interference, known as subluxation; with focus on the vital connection points between the spinal cord and spinal column. TRT adjustments send a slight impulse to the nerves and muscles surrounding the spine, allowing for tension to be released. This encourages your body to bring your spine back into proper alignment. When your spine is free from subluxations, there is increased communication between the brain and the body. This leads to more effective self-healing and long-term health! Dr. Danielle is one of less than 200 chiropractors that has attained an Advanced Proficiency Certification in Torque Release Technique.

Torque Release Technique is safe for people of all ages. Due to its gentle administration, people of all ages, from newborn to elderly, can benefit from TRT adjustments. Each adjustment uses the minimal amount of force necessary to lead to significant neurological changes in the body that bring about health and healing.

The Integrator

Precise:
By utilizing the Integrator, Dr. Danielle is able to focus on releasing tension in specific areas of the nervous system. By increasing the precision and accuracy of the adjustment, we can decrease neurological interference more effectively, allowing for your full potential to be realized.

Reproducible:
The Integrator improves the reproducibility of chiropractic care. By generating the same speed and force of an adjustment every time, it allows for consistency within your care.

Gentle:
The Integrator allows for very gentle chiropractic adjustments, with no twisting, cracking, or popping involved.

Safe:
The Integrator was one of the first chiropractic adjusting tools to be approved by the FDA. We are proud to utilize chiropractic techniques that are safe for the entire family!

Webster Technique

The technique we use to analyze a pregnant woman is called the Webster Technique. With this technique, we analyze the spine and pelvis and adjust any necessary areas. Then we relieve tension that is on the ligaments attached to the pelvis, specifically the round ligament, using gentle and sustained pressure.

This technique helps to balance the pelvis and decrease torsion to the uterus, which then allows the baby to move as it needs to.
